Q: How is deep-skill-finder different from other Skill stores?

A: deep-skill-finder is not a Skill store. It is a meta-Skill that gives your Agent proactive search capabilities. Once installed, the Agent decides what Skill the current task needs and searches, evaluates, and installs from GitHub, SkillHub, and the Meyo community on its own. deep-skill-finder is neutral, free, and not tied to any marketplace.

Q: What exactly does "Agent proactive search" mean?

A: For example, you tell the Agent "write a PRD." It automatically determines that a PRD template Skill is needed, proactively searches, compares options, installs one, and then continues writing the PRD. You never have to say "find a PRD skill." That is Agentic Search.

Q: What does cross-ecosystem mean?

A: If you use multiple Agents (e.g., Claude Code and Codex), you install deep-skill-finder once and all supported platforms share the same Skill library. No need to install Skills separately for each Agent. A Skill installed for Claude is recognized by Codex too.

Q: Is it free? Will it push Meyo's own Skills?

A: deep-skill-finder is completely free, maintained by the Meyo community, neutral and open-source. It is not tied to any Skill marketplace and does not prioritize Meyo's own Skills. Search results are ranked by install count and real-user ratings, regardless of source.

Q: I installed it but my Agent still does not proactively search. What should I do?

A: Three possible causes: (1) Your Agent version is too old — upgrade to the latest version. (2) Your task description is too vague — try being more specific.
